Tempura mushrooms.
I like it when someone else makes these, because mushrooms are the great SPITTERS of vegetables. Last time I deep-fried some I was splattered with burn marks for days.

Some the AMAZING steamed buns at the Manju cafe (http://www.mugimaru2.com/).
The green one is cheese in a wild grass bun, and words cannot describe the fluffy warm goodness. I’ve used some words right there, but they’re still completely inadequate.
The cafe itself is in an old wooden house on the verge of collapse, and well worth visiting if you’re ever in Tokyo.
